Job level (relevant experiences): 9 Yrs experience
Job responsibilities:
IC experience deep understanding in pharma. Handle entire IC program for IO. IC role. 2–3year experience as consultant in ZS Axtria. No people management role involved.
Exp in project management or program management. IC experience in plant design operation and strategy. PMP certified or any project management certification is must to have.
910 years with project or program management. Experience in sourcing IC practices.
Growth path Expand to entire frontline after 18months PMO for CI PMO for other finance division.
Individual contributor role.
