Job Description
Overview:
TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients worldwide. The below job opportunity is with one of our Biotech clients who researches develop and commercializes drugs. The company focuses primarily on antiviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV hepatitis B hepatitis C and influenza including Harvoni and Sovaldi.
Position: Sourcing Analyst ll

Description:
- The Contingent Workforce team is part of the Global Procurement Organization at the client and is responsible for the governance compliance management and spend management for the engagement of the nonemployee workforce.
- The Procurement Analyst will provide support to the Contingent Workforce team on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with suppliers stakeholders and other teams to gather data.
- Generate and analyse reports related to contingent workforce metrics including required reports in compliance with labor legislation (e.g. CA Pay Transparency Reporting).
- Support the CW team in analysing and reporting on contingent workforce spend to identify costsaving opportunities.
- Track project(s) progress and document processes.
- Lead project meetings and meetings with the business.
- Additional support on projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 45 years of experience working in a project coordinator or analyst role in CW management HR or Procurement
- Knowledge of contingent labor laws processes and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with VMS systems such as Fieldglass Beeline etc.
- Strong communication skills
