Job Description
Your playing field
- Using cuttingedge CRM and CMS tools you will create campaigns that engage customers drive conversions and enhance brand loyalty.
- Tap into your creative nature to write engaging marketing texts and oversee campaign asset design ensuring they resonate with the audience and reflects Tipicos unique Tone of Voice.
- You manage and improve automated customer life cycle communications and ensure relevant Gaming communications across all channels with aligned website content.
- Stay informed and uptodate by researching market trends competitor campaigns promotions and communication strategies sharing valuable insights with the team.
Qualifications :
Which skills you should bring to the pitch
- Experience. You have 2 years of CS CRM or Gaming industry experience.
- Language skills. English is the official language in our Malta office therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany German language skills are essential.
- Customer centric mindset. The customer is always in the middle of everything you do. As such you design and deliver solutions with them in mind.
- Collaborative. You will work crossfunctionally with external partners and internal teams to nurture mutually beneficial relationships.
- Open to change. You maintain a flexible and creative mindset that allows you to adapt easily to changing situations and circumstances.
