- HR Communication: Lead HR Leader Support Communications for Malaysia Drive and optimize internal HR communications program ensuring timely delivery of information so that employees stay wellinformed through various communication channels.
- Learning Series: Create monthly learning series to educate employees on various topics i.e. eVoice iTAS Workday Payroll Guideline Training Leave DL Teams channel etc.
- Support and coordinate Audits: Ensure that HR policies are fully compliant with government laws with the applicable audit framework RBA IMS include any other external / customer audits and company policies.
- Work Rules: Timely update of Work Rules in HR Malaysia Connect Page to reflect latest policies and HR information.
- Employee Grievances: Support employee grievances on site by complying with our internal processes and guidelines including appropriate escalation to the right PIC. Manage employee feedback form and eVoiceOut tickets to ensure timely closure.
- Leader Support: Provide coaching guidance and support to leaders and employees on HR policies processes performance management and employee relations including focal and performance planning.
- Collaborate: Collaborate across the Human Resource Legal Country and other functions including external parties to deliver intended outcomes (i.e work closely with payroll and HR operations to support final salary processing funeral assistance.
- Employee Civility: Promote and maintain employee civility during times of crisis such as natural disasters. ensuring a supportive environment during emergency responses and recovery efforts.
- New Hire Orientation: Assist in delivering briefings to new hires on relevant HR modules.
- Responsible for HRDF grant management by working closely with internal departments to ensure the successful submission tracking and auditing of HRDF grants and providing guidance to the organization in meeting the requirements of the HRDF.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Management studies Business Administration or any relevant degree
- 12 years of work experience in internal communications function.
PREFERRED:
- Strong understanding of HR principles practices and employment law.
- Proven experience in a similar HR business partnering role with a focus on supporting senior leadership.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously delivering accurate results within deadline.
- Knowledge in Human Resources in Manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Creative and proactive problem solver with an understanding of the caregiving industry.
- Adept at navigating new technologies and experience.
- Strong sense of ownership in a fastpaced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Publisher PowerPoint Excel and SharePoint as well as Adobe
