Job Description
Perform site visit and attend site meeting to monitor and evaluate work progress.
Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity takeoff materials sourcing measuring and estimating material cost and labour cost price in the tendering process.
Coordinate with labour & subcontractors on the contract requirements / site condition prior to commencement of work.
Ensure all filling and documentation comply to ISO procedures.
Perform cost control risk and value management.
Compiling evaluating and updating of cost analysis and cost plan.
Be able to work closely and liaise with design team architectural and operation team.
Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication skills in English Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates) and Bahasa Malaysia
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD
Possess own transport.
