We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a leading organization in Orlando Florida. This role is perfect for an experienced federal business development professional who thrives on forging strategic relationships and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a growth strategy for Federal business opportunities.
- Identify develop and close competitive and 8(a) sole source targets.
- Maintain an active pipeline and support the bid/nobid process.
- Forge strategic relationships with customers partners and teaming organizations.
- Lead bid & proposal efforts in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Represent the organization at Industry Days and preproposal conferences.
- Travel required: 2535%.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field.
2 years in business development or sales plus 3 years with a federal contractor.
Strong familiarity with federal contracting tools (SharePoint SAM.gov FedConnect Deltek Govwin).
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Adobe Visio Project).
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
U.S. Citizenship required.
