We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a toptier energy solutions company in the Baltimore MD area. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong background in construction data center builds and solutionbased selling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
- Generate leads cold call and secure new accounts in the data center and construction industries.
- Present promote and sell tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage project execution in partnership with operations and logistics teams.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in a CRM (i.e. Salesforce).
Requirements
- 710 years of direct B2B sales experience ideally in construction data centers or related fields.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Outstanding communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Advanced knowledge of the Data Center industry and targeted territory.
