- Oversee and provide tactical direction for enduser IT services.
- Design implement and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online SharePoint MS Teams).
- Ensure system performance security and compliance.
- Provide operational guidance and assess IT environments for improvements.
- Develop and enforce configuration change management and governance practices.
- Plan and coordinate system implementations ensuring usability and functionality.
- Perform service delivery analysis and collaborate with IT teams and vendors.
- Create dashboards and documentation for compliance and KPI tracking.
- Support in flight projects for the business areas as well as provide Windows 11 deployment engineering support.
Experience you will need:
- Expertise in M365 platforms (Exchange SharePoint Teams).
- Strong IT architecture governance and service management skills.
- Experience in system implementation testing and compliance reporting.
- Strong analytical project management and communication skills.
