Job Description

Job Title: Quality Check and Reporting Manager Ecommerce

Experience Required: 4 years in quality control and reporting preferably within the ecommerce industry
Employment Type: FullTime


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented Quality Check and Reporting Manager to oversee product quality assurance and data reporting within our dynamic ecommerce environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet highquality standards and provide accurate performance reports to drive strategic decisions. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance product quality optimize processes and maintain customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance & Control:

    • Establish and maintain quality standards for all ecommerce products.
    • Conduct regular quality checks on incoming inventory returns and outgoing shipments.
    • Identify defects and coordinate with suppliers/vendors to resolve quality issues.
    • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure consistency.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis:

    • Generate and analyze reports related to product quality returns customer feedback and operational efficiency.
    • Provide datadriven insights to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
    • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and operational metrics.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify gaps in quality control processes and recommend improvements.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality checks.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to enhance inventory management and reduce defects.
  • Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution:

    • Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to product quality.
    • Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Ensure timely resolution of qualityrelated issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Training:

    • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team.
    • Conduct training sessions on quality standards reporting tools and best practices.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
