Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer youll create captivating publicationready designs incorporate motion elements and enhance campaigns with light video editing. Collaborate with dynamic teams to execute impactful strategies support Sales and Client Success functions for Salsify ANZ and work closely with Client Success Managers Account Executives and external clients to ensure timely accurate project completion.

- Facilitating early morning meetings to accommodate U.S.based schedules.
- Using videoconferencing email and company tools to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
- Ensuring clear professional English communication with excellent spelling and grammar.
- Working independently and collaboratively while adapting to various situations.
- Staying agile and organized in fastpaced ambiguous environments.
- Taking initiative in communication problemsolving and skill development.
- Responding promptly and professionally to internal client needs.
- Producing highquality publicationready graphic designs including motion design and light video editing.
- Collaborating with marketing and recruiting teams to develop and execute strategic campaigns.
- Adhering to brand standards while tailoring designs to target audiences and campaign objectives.
- Infusing creativity into all projects while maintaining nonnegotiable standards.
- Managing multiple projects efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Tracking projects refining processes and improving design workflows.
- Evaluating deliverables against branding and messaging goals providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Documenting processes and sharing best practices for continuous improvement.
- Staying updated on digital trends and cultural themes to enhance design impact.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- Agency experience with handson involvement in managing multiple projects and clients.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in businessoriented design.
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop InDesign and Illustrator; Premiere Pro experience is a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience collaborating with U.S.based companies is highly advantageous.
- Practical experience in UX web or app design is a plus.
