POSITION SUMMARY :
To service and coordinate all order related activities to meet the requirements of the customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as the primary customer interface for order management and responsible for processing customer orders and order changes to achieve timely response and delivery to the customers.
2. Handle sample requests.
3. Manage customer stocking programs (VMI and Demand Pull) to position sufficient inventory to service the customers schedules and at the same time control inventory to an optimum level.
4. Coordinate with 3rd Party service provider on shipments and delivery to the customers.
5. Update delivery commitment into Customer website for new orders reschedules and forecast confirmation.
6. Involve in the implementation of any customer related program initiatives.
7. Coordinate customer returns and rework and process the necessary documentation such as RMA and Credit/Debit notes.
8. Maximize monthly billings to meet the sales target through meeting the delivery commitments and the Customers request dates.

10. Coordinate with project leaders and factory planners on work prioritization according to delivery schedules
11. Plan control and coordinate with factory planners on material deliveries to avoid building up of high stock inventory especially for end of life parts
12. Handle other adhoc projects as assigned by Manager.
13. Liaise with Manufacturing Units and Material Planners on order acknowledgements and schedule changes.
14. Coordinate delivery with Logistics.
15. Liaise with Finance Dept for any account receivable discrepancies.
16. Liaise with IS for customer requirements such as barcoding and EDI.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. 3 5 years working experience in a customer service and planning function preferably in the Electronics Industry.
3. Familiar with MRP/ERP planning system preferably with MFG/Pro application.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words application.
5. Good interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change.
7. Strong leadership and initiative.
