Job Description
What will you do
- Assist in developing strategies for IT categories including hardware software audiovisual and payment solutions.
- Support RFP processes supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure optimal offers for the hotel network.
- Manage supplier relationships including organizing business reviews renegotiations and sourcing new suppliers when necessary.
- Deploy supplier solutions across the hotel network and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to procurement data analysis to identify savings opportunities and support decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be:
- Knowledge or experience in IT procurement categories and strategies.
- Familiarity with procurement and data analysis tools (Excel Power BI eProcurement tools).
- Experience or interest in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Professional proficiency in English; French would be a plus.
