As an Online Reservations Consultant your strong communication skills and ability to manage online bookings efficiently will be essential in supporting the reservations team. Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury hotel sector.
- Familiarity with all duties and procedures within a hotel Reservations Department.
- Proficiency with Online Travel Agent platforms and Channel Management systems (e.g. Nightsbridge SiteMinder).
- A minimum of 2 years experience with Opera PMS.
