- Drive Business Growth Strengthen relationships with agents & logistics partners while identifying new revenue streams.
- Build & Lead a HighPerforming Team Recruit train and manage an operations team that thrives in a fastpaced logistics environment.
- Manage Financial Performance Collaborate with leadership to optimize costs boost profitability and achieve key financial targets.
