Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties.
- Manage tenant relations handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Supervise service providers contractors and maintenance teams to ensure quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements property regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting rent collection and expense control.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to property performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property management facility management is a must.
- Strong knowledge of property regulations maintenance procedures and budgeting.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple properties and work efficiently under pressure.
