Job Description
**This position comes with a $7500 signon bonus**
The Case Therapist III SL reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
Seeking a leader who is highly organized motivated and able to inspire and uplift team members. This leader should be passionate about patient care creative in problemsolving and capable of managing daily clinical operations. They will collaborate with various team members to ensure effective orientation resource coordination and evidencebased practice. The leader will also focus on patient needs seek feedback and engage with the community. They should translate organizational vision into actionable goals provide coaching and development and continuously seek new ideas and best practices. Additionally the leader will provide individual and group supervision to support the professional growth of team members.
The Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Program includes adult and adolescent units offering an intermediate level of care so community members can access higher levels of care while staying closer to home. Daytime hours MondayFriday.
Qualifications :
Required:
- 5 years of experience and training in assessment individual family and group counseling
- Masters degree in social work psychology counseling or related field
- Masters degree with LSW LCSW LPC or LCPC or eligible for licensure
Preferred:
- 5 years in intensive treatment setting and/or mental health setting
- CADC
- LIC CPC
- CERT CADC
- LIC LCSW
- LIC MSW
