Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish implement and maintain QMS.
- Oversee the entire construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Perform regular quality audits and inspections of construction work materials and subcontractors.
- Ensure that construction projects are in compliance with local state and federal regulations as well as industry standards.
- Provide training to project teams and subcontractors on quality standards procedures and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve any qualityrelated issues including managing nonconformance reports (NCRs) identifying root causes and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections audits reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and project review.
- Prepare periodic quality reports for senior management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding quality concerns and ensure effective communication to address any issues or updates.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- 5 years within the construction industry.
- Indepth knowledge of construction standards codes and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively across various departments.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Certification in quality management (e.g. ISO 9001 Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English as most of the clients are from China.
Remuneration:
