Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Support the HR IT teams by changing and uploading data into SAP HR systems;
- Support the implementation of new requirements in SAP HR systems derived from S4HR projects;
- Participation in the development of new concepts in the SAP S/4 HANA environment for the use of relevant HR processes and master data and their integration in a future HRIT landscape;
- Participation in various project phases and processing of relevant HRIT topics and work packages;
- Support the project management coordination with all relevant stakeholders;
- Support the preparation and implementation of rollout deploys within S4HR projects.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: University Degree in business administration (business) informatics or another relevant area;
- Experience: Experience in project management specially in HRIT system landscape (SAP HCM SuccessFactors ...) through all phases: initiation planning execution monitoring and controlling and closure. Operational experience with SAP HR systems including introduction of processes and/or master data models. Also experience and knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA environment would be an advantage;
- Knowledge: Very good knowledge of agile working methods and tools as well as MSOffice tools;
- Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken (C1 level) German would be an asset;
- Personality: Openness high flexibility proactiveness independent and structured way of working.
