Prepare examine and analyze financial records and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
Manage accounts payable and receivable including processing invoices and payments and conducting monthly reconciliations
Monitor and track financial transactions including expenses revenue and budget variances
Prepare and file tax returns including sales tax payroll tax and income tax
Assist in the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support in decisionmaking processes
Maintain accurate and organized financial records both physical and electronic
Keep uptodate with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
CPA certification is preferred
Minimum of insert number of years experience in accounting or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
