Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily schedule and calendar of the executive team including arranging meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings presentations and conferences.
Take minutes transcribe and distribute meeting notes.
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Professional and polished demeanor.
