Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for meeting rooms AV rooms and related peripherals ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with audio video and conferencing systems.
- Maintain and manage AV equipment including microphones projectors video conferencing systems and related hardware.
- Ensure smooth operation of audio/video systems for meetings presentations and conferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve AVrelated issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide onsite support for setup and testing of AV equipment for meetings and events.
- Train staff on proper usage and operation of AV systems and tools.
- Ensure regular maintenance and updates for AV equipment to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Experience with audio video and conferencing setups.
- Knowledge of meeting room AV configurations and troubleshooting.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to manage technical issues under time pressure.
