Job Description

As a TechnoCommercial Engineer at C4Cloud you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements propose tailored cloud solutions and ensure successful adoption. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition and maintaining longterm relationships by delivering value through innovative SaaS solutions built on AWS Azure and GCP.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential customers to understand their cloud infrastructure and SaaS requirements.
  • Solution Selling: Customize SaaS solutions to meet clientspecific needs leveraging platforms such as AWS Microsoft Azure and GCP.
  • Technical Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight how our solutions can address customer pain points and optimize cloud usage.
  • Sales Support: Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle assisting with lead management opportunity tracking and deal closures.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed project proposals and timelines balancing technical and commercial considerations.
  • Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary link between clients and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the value of our offerings.
  • PostSales Support: Facilitate seamless customer onboarding and address technical issues during the initial stages of product adoption.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration.
  • Networking & Promotion: Represent C4Cloud at industry forums and events building relationships and promoting our solutions.

Requirements


Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in SaaS sales cloud technology sales or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Microsoft Azure and GCP.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for effective client engagement.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work with crossfunctional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
