Who you are

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for our Operations Team!
Youll be empowered to ensure a smooth developers onboarding as well as to proactively learn and experience more about apps monetisation and distribution in one of the most dynamic industries of our time: Mobile & Gaming!

    What are you going to do

    • Provide technical support to developers to ensure seamless integration of our tools and achieve successful outcomes.
    • Assist in troubleshooting Android applications as well as developing and maintaining operational Python projects that process and deliver information to the company in nearrealtime (automations);
    • Effectively question developers troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services and provide solutions.
    • Monitor and reply support queries giving feedback in a timely manner escalating and resolving issues with other internal teams as required.
    • Write maintain code and fix minor bugs;

    What are we looking for

    • Background in Computer Science / Informatics / Information management or any equivalent area;
    • Basic knowledge of Java or Kotlin (Android development focus) and Python
    • Fluency in English;
    • Outgoing openminded selfstarted fastleaner;
    • Being used to work in a startup environment.
