- Provide IT support configuration maintenance and administration for Atlassian Products (Confluence and JIRA).
- Manage support queue for Atlassian Products addressing technical requests and providing optimal solutions.
- Use problemsolving skills and app knowledge to resolve challenges and suggest alternatives.
- Investigate and replicate customer issues to identify and address root causes.
- Translate support tickets into feature requests bug reports and improvement suggestions.
- Evaluate and manage usage of Atlassian product addons/plugins to meet team and business needs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and tool support taking initiative to implement solutions.
- Contribute to product documentation by creating knowledgebased articles.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field;
- Experience integrating JIRA with Confluence;
- Knowledge on how to migrate Service JIRA to Data Center Jira;
- Experience with implementing and training on JIRA and JIRA Agile best practices custom dashboards and custom reports;
- Advanced level of English;
