Job Description : PThe candidate will provide support for WM Core Banking Application (Olympic) and related interfaces.
Main Tasks:
- Provide L2 Application support to endusers
- Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures
- Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customers trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships
- Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap
- Maintain / Enrich knowledge articles
Technical skills:
- AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge on SQL queries data analysis
- Familiar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus
- Olympic / Midas knowledge
- English Expert
Qualification & Experience:
- Total 5 years of overall IT experience.
- Total 2 years of in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments Corporate Action Loan Deposits Remittance Foreign Exchange)
- With good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first & secondline (L1 and L2 support)
