Job Description

We are looking for a Manager Account Management Performance to be based in Bangsar South KL. This role will be reporting to the Lead Account Management Performance in the Commercial department. The department generally is responsible for

  • Managing relationships with key partners
  • Achieving key commercial KPIs

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Project management: end to end ownership of all projects that involve the AM team
  • Performance management: ensuring commercial OKRs and AM team KPIs are achieved with the expectation of deep diving whenever possible to optimize performance
  • Analytics: analyze data sets to diagnose issues propose solutions and improve overall commercial performance
  • Presentations: capable of crafting decks that tell stories guided by data
  • Oversee AM administration: Lead and manage administrative tasks related to the AM team eg AM SOP development target setting & account rebalancing. 
  • Strong collaborative skills to work crossfunctionally with Account Managers and stakeholders to understand and enhance operational processes.
  • Selfdriven with the ability to take on and create new assignments. Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Key/Core Competencies

  • SQL is preferred but not mandatory
  • Analytical and datadriven approach to identify areas for improvement
  • Strong analytical skills ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel manage own time and priorities 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in either Business Management and Administration Economics Mathematics and Management or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in ecommerce or consultancy is preferred.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
  • People management experience will be advantageous 
  • Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail
  • Adaptability and flexibility to change
  • Positive and proactive attitude
