Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement BIM execution plans ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines
* Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors throughout project lifecycles to integrate BIM processes
* Utilize advanced BIM software including Revit Navisworks and Dynamo to create detailed 3D models and generate project documentation
* Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate potential issues before construction
* Conduct BIM training and provide technical support to team members and project stakeholders
* Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies and best practices and explore innovative applications within the organization
Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field
* Experience in BIM implementation and management
* Proficient in Revit Navisworks and Dynamo
* Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices
* Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
