Svensk Fastighetsfrmedlings largest office in Spain located in Torrevieja is looking for a dedicated real estate agent to strengthen our team. If you have a strong interest in sales and are driven by achieving high customer satisfaction this is the place for you. You will join a dynamic team of 11 professionals working actively to find attractive properties match clients needs and help a diverse range of customers find their perfect home.
About the Role
As a real estate agent in Torrevieja you will be responsible for:
- Initiating contact with potential buyers and conducting needs assessments
- Meeting with clients planning to purchase a home in Spain
- Building and maintaining longterm customer relationships
- Conducting property viewings and showcasing different areas
- Supporting clients with housingrelated inquiries
You will have the support of a team of dedicated colleagues and access to smart tools that allow you to maximize your efficiency. This way you can focus on what you do best selling properties!
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives on customer interaction enjoys building longterm relationships and is committed to exceeding customer expectations. With our support you will have the opportunity to develop your sales techniques and grow both professionally and personally.
To succeed in this role you should be patient attentive and capable of working independently while also being motivated by working as part of a team striving toward the same goals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written
- Previous experience in sales preferably proactive sales
- Strong knowledge of Torrevieja and surrounding areas
- Additional language skills in German Spanish Flemish French or Polish are meritorious
