The regional media manager will be a part of the DIGMA (global media digital marketing & analytics) team and will report directly to our manager of global media management. The media management team currently consists of four people who are in a reporting line to global head of DIGMA within brand & marketing.
This position is located in Gothenburg Sweden at headquarters of Polestar. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work knowing that both inperson collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it of course.
The responsibilities
As a regional media manager you oversee a region and you are in lead of a team of digital channel specialists and marketing analytics experts. Your role is to together with this team work towards the most efficient marketing activation and media mix. You will be the main contact towards our local head of marketing and our local media agencies.

In order to succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to abandon ideas when theyre not feasible.
