Team Summary
The Client Services function provides industryleading operational support to Visas clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise we bring the voice of the customer into the design development and successful deployment of Visa products and services. We are trusted partners to Visas clients providing expertise to support and successfully grow their business.
Client Contract Management (CCM) team as part of the Client Services function supports Visas global strategy by managing the governance and contracting process of client contracts (from draft development and negotiation through to securing internal approvals execution auditing and reporting).
What a Senior Contracts Manager Client Contract Management does at Visa:
This role is part of the Asia Pacific CCM team and will be based in Pasay office. The ideal candidate will be selfdirected analytical and a strategic thinker.
Serve as the key CCM contract owner for the assigned markets in managing and facilitating endtoend client contract management process which includes reviewing and processing contract requests contract drafting managing stakeholders approvals contract issuance and execution within agreed ServiceLevel Objectives (SLOs).
Liaise with various stakeholders including Account Executives Products Legal Finance Audit etc to ensure that contracts are developed and approved consistently and promptly in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert to onboard new and manage changes to existing contract types establish contract workflow and reporting process lead team training and knowledgesharing efforts to other CCM members and assimilate it into CCM daytoday operations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders e.g. Technology team Global Sales and Commercial Operations (GS&CO) team CS Project Management Office (PMO) to discuss test and deploy fixes and enhancements tickets for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool i.e. Apttus/Icertis and Customer Relation Management (CRM) tool i.e. Microsoft Dynamics. This requires profound working knowledge of both tools and CCM daytoday operations to be able to identify issues and enhancement opportunities and liaise with relevant stakeholders to assess potential upstream or downstream impact in our workflow. Strong project management and critical thinking skill is needed to work with multiple stakeholders including other regions CCM colleagues in prioritizing tickets to meet timeline and apprise CCM Management of potential delays.
Manage postcontract administration activities including and not limited to distribution of contract information to all necessary stakeholders handling of hardcopies contracts filing database management audit enquiries and other postexecution activities independently with limited supervision.
Maintain accurate and timely records and documents associated with all contracts for management reporting capacity planning as well as for audit purpose.
Identify and implement process improvements for assigned markets and / or contract types and provide valueadd services to our stakeholders and business partners.
Proactively participate in special assignments and providing adhoc support and reporting as required including but not limited to supporting other regions colleagues as needed.
This is an individual contributor role with a potential to grow into a people manager role when the need arises.

The Senior Contracts Manager is a subject matter expert in managing and administering client contracting process from contract drafting request through to executed contract distribution by working with various stakeholders of all levels. Subjected to audit reviews Senior Contracts Manager as part of CCM team ensures designated contracts are aligned with business processes and controls established by various Visa corporate policies and compliant with industryspecific rules and regulations while continually looking for opportunities to optimize such process and controls.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

As part of the CCM team you will get the opportunity to work on strategically important projects for Visa in addition to the core responsibilities of a Senior Contracts Manager. This includes but not limited to:
Collaborating with our stakeholders including other region CCM colleagues Legal Finance Sales Products Client Services etc continuously looking for opportunities to optimize CCM processes and workflow to drive process improvements and efficiency;
Participate in special assignments and providing adhoc support and reporting as required including supporting other regions colleagues as needed.

What you will need:
Required education: Bachelors degree at minimum.
At least 10 years of experience in contract management or in combination with
managing sales operations preferably in the payment services industry and
related credit and debit processing industries banking and financial
institutions technology and digital payments fintech.
Prior experience managing staff in a dynamic fastpaced work environment
required.
Highly organized selfstarter with strong attention to detail able to multitask
and to follow proceduresdriven process in managing requests from
stakeholders across various functions at all levels of management throughout
Visa under minimal supervision within agreed ServiceLevel Objectives (SLOs).
Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the
initiative to resolve problems and meet tight deadlines especially during peak
period.
Team oriented collaborative diplomatic and flexible.
Openness to active developmental feedback and coaching from peers and
managers.
Excellent proficiency in professional business English both written and verbal.
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) tool eSignature tool and computer
applications including Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) is
required.
Experience with data analytical tool e.g. Power BI Tableau etc. for
management reporting purpose.
