Job Description
F&B Attendant
As a F&B Attendant you are responsible for :
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge & deliver of all F&B services in accordance to hotel brand standards.
- Upsell and promote food & beverages offers in every possible opportunity.
- Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience
- College diploma / secondary school education or equivalent qualifications.
- Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
- Past hospitality / tourism experience of working in Maldives will be an advantage.
