Job Description
F&B Services (Waitress / Hostess)
As a F&B Services (Waitress / Hostess) you are responsible for :
- Maintain the daily arrival and departure guests list VIP in house & repeat guest lists and their dietary preferences to place at each micros station in the restaurant.
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge & deliver of all F&B services in accordance hotel brand standards.
- Upsell and promote food & beverages offers in every possible opportunity.
- Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience
- College diploma / secondary school education or equivalent qualifications.
- Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
- Past hospitality / tourism experience of working in Maldives will be an advantage.
