Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for teams recruitment training & Productivity.
- Ensuring to achieve acquisition of Franchisee DIGI partners & Remisier target for the region.
- Generating business from these partners.
- Build rapport with these Partners & help them onboard their clients across products.
- Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products like Mutual Funds Portfolio Management Services AIFs Insurance Bond Fixed Deposit etc with the help of products & training team.
- Ensure best services to the distributors.
- Help distributors on joint calls.
Candidate Profile Required :
- Post Graduate Preferred
- Should be from Broking Industry with minimum of 12 years of experience.
- B2B Experience of Franchisee acquisition & servicing is compulsory
- Experience of selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds PMS etc needed.
- Need to have good communication skill.
- Need to have ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets.
- Desired to achieve sales target
