Job Position: HR Specialist

Job Summary:
As an HR Specialist you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support in human resource management processes within the company. This role includes recruitment staff development scheduling and ensuring that HR practices are in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process including posting job openings online selecting candidates and conducting interviews.
Build and maintain relationships with both national and international recruitment agencies.
Ensure HR reporting and data management comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Draft job offers letters and handle related communications.
Maintain attendance records and manage annual leave requests.
Compile and submit monthly reports as required by the Head of Department.
Prepare and process per diem documentation.
Monitor and follow up on the performance evaluation process.
Prepare and submit declarations to the tax system.
Handle the preparation of necessary documentation and submit online applications for work permits and visas for foreign staff.
Manage employee benefits including fuel food accommodation etc.
Prepare employment contracts maintain personnel files and handle promotions transfers and other employmentrelated documents.
Responsible for inputting and updating employee data in the HR software.
Inform all employees about HR department procedures.
Ensure the protection and confidentiality of employee data.
Assist in the processes of the rewarding program staff activities staff retreats and other related events.
Provide employees with necessary work tools including email accounts and company assets.
Provide any additional HRrelated support as requested by the Supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Accounting or related field. HR certifications are an advantage.
At least 23 years of work experience in this role.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
Proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables data analysis) and reporting tools.
Excellent command of English language.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
