Are you ready to shape the future of AI Join us as an AI/LLM Specialist and lead the charge in building intelligent voice agents and enterprise tools that redefine how businesses operate.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cuttingedge AI systems for voice and text applications.
- Design and execute advanced prompt engineering strategies.
- Build domainspecific RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
- Develop and optimize speechtotext and texttospeech AI solutions.
- Create AIpowered workflows to enhance business processes.
- Establish testing frameworks and benchmarks for AI systems.
- Safeguard AI applications with security and privacy measures.
- Work crossfunctionally to understand and deliver on business needs.
- Monitor and enhance AI system performance while managing costs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI architectures and processes.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
MustHave:
- 23 years of experience developing productionready AI applications.
- Expertise with LLM APIs (OpenAI Anthropic etc.) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.
- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g. Pinecone Weaviate) and embedding models.
- Strong background in NLP conversational AI and RAG systems.
- Experience with voice AI technologies (e.g. STT/TTS) and voice user interface design.
- Deep understanding of AI security best practices and limitations.
NicetoHave:
- Handson experience integrating AI into enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Background in conversational design and AI ethics.
- Expertise in realtime voice processing and semantic search systems.
