Job Description
Position: Business Finance Manager
Experience: 23 Years
CTC: 68 LPA (Fixed)
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office
Reporting To: Cofounder and Board Members
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop and maintain financial models to provide actionable insights.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and forecasts.
Budget Management:
Oversee and manage the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for optimization.
Cost Control:
Identify opportunities for costsaving initiatives without compromising quality or operations.
Revenue Optimization:
Analyze revenue streams and recommend strategies for maximizing profitability.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.
Present financial insights and recommendations to the Cofounder and board members.
Process Improvement:
Streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
23 years of experience in a finance or business finance role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
Familiarity with financial systems and tools and excellent communication and presentation skills.
