Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Project Coordinator to join our team in Culham United Kingdom. As a Project Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and team members to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects on time and within budget.

  • Assist in the planning implementation and tracking of project activities
  • Coordinate project schedules resources equipment and information
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings taking minutes and tracking action items
  • Liaise with internal teams external vendors and clients to ensure project goals are met
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Support the project manager in risk assessment and change management processes
  • Manage projectrelated administrative tasks including updating project management software
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
  • 23 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Trello Asana)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proven time management and prioritisation abilities
  • Effective problemsolving and critical thinking skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
  • Ability to work onsite in Culham United Kingdom
