Job Description
Mobility as a service is predicted to reshape the automotive industry. In this new era virtual car keys that can be shared between users is a must! We already see that some markets in China are completely replacing traditional keys with smartphones and this trend is expected to spread worldwide. With Perfectly keyless we are ideally positioned to catch this momentum but to be successful in Japan we will need the support from new talents!
System Software Project Manger is a subproject leader role responsible for the planing monitoring and control of SYS/SW development within a project.
Responsibilities:
- Estimation and planing of system and software related work including the related verification and validation as well
- Establishment of precondition for the efficient project work like resources tools processes...etc.
- Managing system and software related work
- Monitoring the progress of Sys SW and related verification work and achievement of project goals
- Prediction of achievement of SYS/SW Project Goals escalation if goals cannot be achieved with the current project conditions
- Represents Sys/SW domain in Change Control Board
Business trips:
- Domestic12 days/week
- Overseas12 times/year (Germany Australia)
Qualifications :
- TOEIC 600N2
- AUTOSARUDS
- ALMApplication Lifecycle Management
What distinguishes you
- Experience in System engineering Software engineering
- Language skill in English (TOEIC 600 or higher) and Japanese (N2 or higher).
- Experience in leading teams of different levels cultures and backgrounds to create constructive collations and results even in a conflict situation
- Experience of making decisions and putting them into action without giving up to a hurdle.
The following is a plus:
- Experience in the development of embedded systems for automotive applications
- Experience in developing applications with automotive international standards such as AUTOSAR and UDS
- Experience using tools related to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
