- Daily Operation: Manage smooth daily operations in sales include achieving company target as key performance indicators and maintain best practice relationship with the customer.
- Order Processing and Fulfillment: Ensuring all sales orders are entered into the system correctly and processed through to delivery without errors or delays.
- Coordination Between Teams: Collaborating with sales supply chain logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address any issues.
- Monitoring and Tracking Orders: Keeping track of order statuses inventory levels and delivery schedules ensuring customers receive their orders as expected.
- Customer Communication: Acting as a point of contact for customers providing updates on order status handling changes and resolving issues related to orders.
- Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement within the order management process to increase efficiency reduce errors and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports on order volumes lead times fulfillment rates and other key metrics to inform decisionmaking and improve performance.
- Ensures that the entire order lifecycle from order creation to delivery runs smoothly and aligns with company goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in any major with 10 years experience
- Min. 10 year of experience in sales order management
- Proficient knowledge of standard software (especially MS Outlook MS Excel MS Power point MS Word).
- Basic ACCPAC knowledge or SAP knowledge
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong personality and leadership
- High level of social competence
- Welldeveloped technical and methodological competence
- Proficient knowledge of standard software (MS Office)
- Has basic SAP knowledge (QM module)
