What you will do:
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market
- daily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients
- optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation
- constantly being in contact with the publisher to support and respond to needs from the clients side
- negotiations regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions
- work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross departments
Requirements
Who you are:
- 3 years of experience in a clientfacing role within the digital media or online publishing sector
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills dedicated to exceeding client expectations
- Strong communication skills efficient interaction with different personality types
- Deep understanding of the Italian digital market
- Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers
- Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends
- Masters/Bachelors Degree (Marketing International Relations International Business Communications preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in Client Service roles
- Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus
