Job Description
Hybrid3 days onsite NYC
Long Term
Must possess extensive knowledge and proven track record in the use of project management methodologies and PPM tools. This should include knowledge and use of resource management practices and change management techniques.
Strong Excel PowerPoint Project Visio MS Project and MS Word Skills.
Demonstrable experience of working in fast paced project environments working on multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Courteous professional prompt with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask strong organization skills and a desire to learn.
Bachelor of Science Degree
Experience with Financials Modules including several of the following: Accounts Payable Expenses General Ledger Project Costing Asset Management Cash Management Lease Administration AR (Grants) Billing (Grants) Contracts (Grants) Grants Management etc.
It would be a plus if they also have experience with HCM Modules such as HR Benefits Payroll Performance and Learning Management etc.
Must be local and willing to work from One Park Ave office two days a week.
