- You act as the ultimate brand ambassador bringing the brands artistry voice and limitless approachfrom the red carpet to our commercial business. You drive commercial success and artistry elevation through platinum eventing social advocacy VIP makeup appointments and upskilling of the Team through artistry training & development in store.
- Fluency in brandss makeup style language and expertise in product knowledge.
- Be the ultimate Omni Channel Brand Ambassador. Leading by example and being fluid and flexible across all Magic Office Functions.
- Educating colleagues on the relationship between Art and Commerce with a 360 Omni channel approach.
- Leads and Inspire as the ultimate brand ambassador through awareness of your image and impact demonstrating the brand values and always looking the part.
- Always demonstrate a positive mindset and lead from the front finding and manifesting solutions to omnichallenges.
- Embedding Artistry excellence within our retail teams by working collaboratively with the Education team to drive industryleading standards.
- Support store teams with Artistry by coaching/mentoring other artists and sharing brands Beauty secrets.
- Actively Talent spot across our retail teams to ensure we maximise opportunities for Artistry progression within the Team.
