Knowledge and Experience:Previous experience in a senior role for Facilities or Operations Management Skilled at identifying critical plant and services and developing a response and contingency plans for failure events. Autonomous management of largescale facilities management operations with a bias towards Soft Services such as Landscape and Irrigation.
This role encompasses all elements of management and coordination of Management PMO facilitate the delivery of the work on time to budget and to the specified quality.
Extensive experience in the maintenance management of landscapes including Trees Shrubs and Groundcovers in sizeable sites (excluding supporting facilities with a biased towards lawned areas). Strong technical knowledge of plants and their needs.
