Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) & Material
Management (MM) modules.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate
system solutions; identify interpret validate and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product
modifications to satisfy clients& needs.
Design customize configure and testing of SD and MM modules.
Identify gaps issues and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate analyze and solve software problems.
Document functional designs test cases and results.
Responsible for cleansing providing and maintaining of master data for SD & MM module.
Responsible for training the end users for SD & MM modules.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide adhoc training and user support as required.
Work selfdirected and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior
members.
Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of experience in supply chain
Minimum of 10 years experience in full cycle implementation as well as in support projects for
SAP SD & MM modules.
Experience in SAP S/4 HANA will be advantage
Experience in SD & MM modules integration points with other SAP modules as well as with VAN
Sales software (HHT).
Experience in a distribution company with short life products will be advantage.
Understanding of accounting business processes from
Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
Ability to work in a team environment effectively interacting with others.
Must be results oriented and demonstrate the attitude of adaptability flexibility and
resourcefulness.

Bachelor s or higher degree in any stream. Preference given to Business functions and Technology related stream in supply chain. Minimum 4 years of experience in managing IT services for supply chain and working on related technologies. ITIL certification preferred. Functional certificate in one or more ERP supply chain domain preferred. Excellent knowledge Infor SCE 11 and above. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SSIS integration layer. Excellent knowledge of Oracle Inventory and Order Management modules. Excellent business mapping and solution providing skills. Analytical mind to understand the trends and improvise on situation. Should be extremely organized and structured in office work. Excellent communication skills. English is the official language. Candidate must have work experience in Office 365 collaboration and communication cloud.
