Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop merchandising strategies based on market trends customer preferences and sales data.
- Assortment Planning: Analyze product performance and market insights to curate a wellbalanced merchandise mix that aligns with customer needs.
- Demand Forecasting: Leverage data and industry trends to predict product demand and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory flow implement replenishment strategies and manage slowmoving stock to maintain efficiency.
- Supplier Coordination: Build strong relationships with vendors negotiate contracts and oversee supplier performance for costeffective sourcing.
- Pricing & Promotions: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and impactful promotional campaigns.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Coordinate with design production and retail teams to ensure smooth product launches and merchandising initiatives.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to assess sales performance customer behavior and merchandising effectiveness for continuous improvement.
