We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Product Owner / Project Manager to lead the development and management of an innovative AI tool for the client system and drive projects related to company culture evolution.

Product Ownership
- Define the product vision strategy and roadmap for the AI tool in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable plans for the development team.
- Work closely with engineering design and data science teams to ensure timely and highquality product delivery.
- Monitor and assess product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in AI and financial technology to inform product development.
Project Management
- Plan execute and oversee projects related to the AI tool and company culture evolution.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets risks and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.
- Regularly report on project status challenges and progress to senior management.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product ownership skills and project management expertise with a deep understanding of both artificial intelligence technologies and the financial services industry.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in product management and/or project management preferably in the AI or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies machine learning and data analytics.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent proactiveness and teamwork capabilities.
- Fluent in English (B2).
- Fluent in French (B2).
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications (or similar).
- Experience in the banking or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with Agile DevOps and Scrum framework.
