Job Description

We are seeking a Data Excellence & Business Intelligence Lead to drive the adoption of analytics BI and datadriven insights across the organization. This role ensures that teamsincluding commercial medical finance and other business unitshave the right data tools and insights to make informed decisions.
As a key leader you will develop and execute the affiliatewide data strategy collaborate with senior stakeholders European and Global peers and lead a team that drives real business impact through analytics. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning in data and BI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Strategy & Business Intelligence Leadership
- Develop and implement a crossfunctional data and analytics strategy covering commercial medical market access finance and compliance.
- Lead a team of BI and data analytics & scientist professionals fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Work with brand medical and infield teams to translate complex data into clear actionable insights.
- Establish and enhance BI tools dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI or similar) to support multiple departments.
2. Advanced Analytics & Insights Generation
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques including different artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques (e.g. for predictive modeling customer segmentation).
- Develop and optimize analytics frameworks to support insights generation for different functions.
- Design interactive BI solutions that enhance decisionmaking across multiple business areas.
3. CrossFunctional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a strategic thought partner for senior leadership across multiple departments.
- Influence and advocate for datadriven decisionmaking across commercial medical finance market access and compliance teams.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data insights drive strategic success.
4. Driving Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Foster a culture of innovation continuously identifying new ways to enhance analytics and BI capabilities.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in data science AI and business intelligence.
- Champion data literacy initiatives to upskill teams and embed datadriven thinking across the organization.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in business intelligence data analytics and multifunctional insights generation.
- Experience in BI analytics data strategy preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI etc.) and CRM systems (e.g. Veeva CRM).
- Knowledge of sales force effectiveness (SFE) metrics and methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations for multiple teams.
- Project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Relevant change management experience driving transformational initiatives within the affiliate
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience leading and developing highperforming small teams.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in healthcare analytics.
