Job Description
1. Observes guests and others; patrols lobbies corridors back of the house area public rooms and surroundings to detect infringements or suspicious behavior interviews guests and employees approaches and questions suspicious persons courteously.
2. Conducts investigations on and informs superior and management. Of incidents involving disturbances accidents loss theft etc.. occurring in the hotel; confers with superior and management regarding findings; prepares necessary reports.
3. Leading the security team and supervising their movements their shifts and attendance.
Additional Information :
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
