Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Quality Supervisor (QA/QC) with 15 years of overall experience within Project Quality Control 7 years specifically in a supervisory position.
Quality Oversight & Compliance:
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 company policies and industry regulations.
- Oversee the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes across all project phases ensuring the highest standards are maintained in line with the contract requirements.
- Review and approve project quality plans inspection and test plans (ITPs) and other relevant documentation.
Project Quality Leadership:
- Lead the quality team onsite ensuring effective quality control practices are implemented monitored and adjusted when necessary.
- Coordinate quality audits surveillance and inspections to verify that construction and installation work meets design specifications.
- Identify potential quality risks issues and nonconformities providing recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to resolve qualityrelated issues and ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide regular quality status reports to senior management and clients including key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics.
- Liaise with external certification bodies regulatory agencies and auditors to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
Training & Development:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for project staff to raise awareness of quality standards processes and best practices.
- Promote a culture of quality across all departments and encourage proactive problemsolving and continuous improvement initiatives.
NonConformance & Corrective Action Management:
- Lead investigations into nonconformance reports (NCRs) root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure that corrective actions are followed up documented and resolved effectively.
Document Control:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of quality inspections audits tests and certifications to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Review and approve final project documentation and closeout reports to ensure they meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in an Engineering Discipline
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Equivalent/AWS SCWI /CSWIP 3.2
- ASQ Quality Manager or Equivalent knowledge of applicable ASME ASTM API and other Construction International Standards and Codes
- Previous Quality Control experience within the GCC/KSA Region
