Role Overview

Leverage Digital Tools & Technology Utilize virtual training platforms and systems to enhance program delivery and receive training.
Facilitate Executive & Group Coaching Provide coaching to leaders at various levels to enhance their skills decisionmaking and performance.
Support Organizational Change Guide leaders through change management and organizational effectiveness strategies.
Receive Training with other Business Leaders Align leadership development programs with business objectives. Training sessions regularly on virtual training platforms.
Promote a Coaching Culture Foster a culture that values mentorship feedback and ongoing growth.
Stay Current with Industry Trends Research and apply digital and other marketing strategies to attract prospective leads.
Refine Your Communication Skills Communicate with warm prospective leads with a proven system.
